Assistant Manager - Client Relationships

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager - Client Relationships

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director and our Business Development team to support the development and implementation of the Group’s strategy and in particular help drive profitable revenue growth and develop and deliver our clear brand proposition.  and expand the range of services offered operations team. You will have experience gained from a similar role and ideally CIM qualified.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to scope and develop a CRM strategy that fits in line with the wider Business Development strategy
  • Work closely with the Managing Directors and their teams to develop a CRM strategy to support their marketing initiatives
  • Develop robust client reporting mechanisms with the input of senior management to support targeted client relationships
  • Imbed CRM best practice, demonstrating improvements in usage as the system becomes established Organise and deliver bespoke training to the Group, and work with IT training and HR to include CRM within the induction process
  • Develop and maintain robust data quality processes continually striving for excellent data quality
  • Regularly evaluate processes to ensure they are efficient and fit for purpose
  • Lead and maintain a strong working relationship between the Marketing, IT and Business Development teams
  • Act as an adviser to individuals and teams to guide them in the use of CRM
  • Ensure data privacy knowledge is up to date and keep informed of developments that may affect our use of data within CRM
  • Work with GC and Risk to ensure compliance
  • Identify and lead projects to drive improvements
  • Be the face of CRM to the business
  • Develop actionable insight reporting, either yourself or in collaboration with the in-house reporting team
  • Other ad hoc projects as required
