Our Central Services team provides centralised support to the Group. A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global offices. We provide support across technology & business systems, communications & marketing, finance and general office administration.

Role overview

The tasks within roles at this level will be moderately difficult, however will be similar in nature – one off projects may also form part of the role. Minimal supervision will be given to roles at this level during the completion of routine day to day activities, however closer supervision may be given on other ad hoc duties. Roles at this level may assist with supervising Administrators.

Responsibilities  

  • Perform trust administration and compliance related tasks and ensure the delivery of work according to the SLAs
  • Perform remediation work as part of projects to ensure CDD compliance with the group and relevant jurisdictions’ standards
  • Produce reporting deliverables as required for our business needs and as per the guidelines that will be provided
  • Monitor the group mailboxes and tasks in Praxis’ systems to ensure that queries and tasks are being attended in a timely manner and according to SLAs
  • Ensure weekly, monthly stats and all relevant daily logs are kept up to date
  • Assist in GBPS process improvements, UAT testing and implementation
  • Ensure good relationships and proper communication within the local team and also the relevant jurisdictions to which you will be assigned
  • Engage with colleagues to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment

Experience

  • Educated to a minimum of ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent 
  • Minimum of three years working experience in trust administration
  • Experience in compliance related work is also desirable but not mandatory
