Senior Tax Administrator

United Kingdom

We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience to join our London-based tax team and provide services to a portfolio of fiduciary clients, including the completion of UK corporation tax returns and responding to tax queries.

You will ideally be ATT qualified although full training will be provided, if necessary.

Key responsibilities

Preparation of UK tax reporting requirements for UK and offshore companies, including:

  • UK corporation tax returns

  • ATED returns

  • Advising on payments, including quarterly instalments where appropriate

  • Reviewing company accounts to provide tax figures
  • Liaising with other departments and offices within the group, and responding to tax queries from client administrators
  • Liaising with clients, as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of taxation fee quotes and tax billing processes
  • Assisting with training for junior members of staff on departmental processes
Minimum experience / education required
  • Educated to a minimum of A-Level standard, or equivalent

  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience

  • Obtained ATT qualification would be advantage

Required skills
  • Good communication skills

  • Good numeracy and computer skills

  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude together with the ability to work to deadlines

  • Good team player
