Senior Trust and Corporate Administrator

We've got a temporary role in our corporate services team for someone with at least two years' experience managing a portfolio of clients.
Joining us for three-six months, the ideal candidate will manage the day to day running of a mixture of trusts and companies clients dealing with a wide variety of arrangements.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring that statutory records are kept up-to-date and are accurately maintained at all times
Liaison with respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues
Liaison with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing
May assist more junior staff with queries/problems
Assist with onboarding new clients
Incorporation and set-up of new entities
Bank payments
Drafting of letters/minutes
Minimum experience / education required
Educated to 'A' Level standard, or equivalent
Ideally, a relevant professional qualification i.e. STEP certificate/diploma
Required skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
- A strong team player
- Ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision
- Keen eye for detail
