Senior Trust and Corporate Administrator

United Kingdom

We've got a temporary role in our corporate services team for someone with at least two years' experience managing a portfolio of clients.

Joining us for three-six months, the ideal candidate will manage the day to day running of a mixture of trusts and companies clients dealing with a wide variety of arrangements.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring that statutory records are kept up-to-date and are accurately maintained at all times

  • Liaison with respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues

  • Liaison with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing

  • May assist more junior staff with queries/problems

  • Assist with onboarding new clients

  • Incorporation and set-up of new entities

  • Bank payments

  • Drafting of letters/minutes

Minimum experience / education required
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard, or equivalent

  • Ideally, a relevant professional qualification i.e. STEP certificate/diploma

Required skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • A strong team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Keen eye for detail
