Trust Accounting Administrator


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trust Accounting Administrator to join our team in our Guernsey office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining ledgers for a large portfolio of clients and assisting the team with basic accounts preparation and a variety of accounting projects. You will be educated to 'A' level standard and have basic bookkeeping experience and be looking to commence or have recently commenced study towards a relevant professional qualification.

Key responsibilities
  • Reconciliation of bank investments and other ledger balances under supervision of the Trust Accounting Supervisors.
  • Daily upload of bank and security transactions.
  • To assist the Trust Accounting Supervisors in accounts preparation and other projects as and when required.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience.
  • Recently started or looking to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification.
Required Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products and office applications.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Willingness to be flexible on tasks to ensure relevant deadlines can be achieved.
