PraxisIFM Fund Services (UK) Limited Assists With The Launch IPO Of BB Healthcare Trust PLC

PraxisIFM Fund Services (UK) Limited has worked with Bellevue Asset Management AG on the initial public offering of BB Healthcare Trust plc on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange.

Gross proceeds of 150 million were raised following a first placing offer for subscription and intermediaries offer of ordinary shares.

The investment objective of BB Healthcare Trust plc is to provide shareholders with capital growth and income over the long-term through investment in listed or quoted global healthcare companies.
