Two senior management appointments in Jersey Trust office

PraxisIFM has strengthened the senior management team in its Jersey Trust office with the appointment of Barbara McDonald as operations director and Jade Fellowes as senior manager.

Barbara is responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the company including internal audit data protection and operational systems.

She has over 35 years' experience in the finance industry in Jersey and the Caribbean covering:

• trust and company administration
• risk management
• corporate governance
• operations including principal person or key person roles

Jade Fellowes has been appointed to head up one of the private client teams and also assist with new business.

She has more than 10 years' experience specialising in corporate restructuring transaction management and real estate for a broad range of clients and structures.

Jade will manage a team responsible for the administration of a variety of structures for private and corporate clients and family offices.
