Kirsty has been in the yacht services sector since 2008 and has experience in both shore-based roles and working aboard superyachts. She joined Praxis Yacht Services (formerly Sarnia Yachts) in June 2021.
As Head of Crew Management, her role spans from recruiting and training to managing budgets and expenses and ensuring all documents and certificates are in place.
Kirsty is a highly qualified crew manager with a wide range of licenses and certifications. Before joining Praxis Yacht Services, she worked as a crew training manager delivering courses on The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services.
