With over eight years' experience in HR and L&D across the financial services, public and e-commerce sectors, Sarah has developed a keen interest in HR data and analytics and how it drives all aspects of strategic and operational HR to add value to both the employee experience and the business strategic goals.
Cultivating employees by day and vegetables by night - Sarah enjoys spending her time out of work gardening in her allotment or baking-up a storm in the kitchen.
