In House Legal team contributes to leading law review

For the fifth consecutive year the Guernsey chapter in the year 'The Private Wealth and Private Client Review' has been written by In House Legal team, Mark Biddlecombe and Keith Corbin.
This year's update includes the move to island-wide voting the cybersecurity threat during COVID-19 and proposals to transfer jurisdiction for all probate matters to the Royal Court.
Published by The Law Reviews the Private Wealth and Private Client Review (ninth edition) includes updates on 30 other global jurisdictions. Chapters also cover EU and OECD developments and modern trust design.
