Mauritius office move heralds new era

The move to new premises in Vivea Business Park Moka took place over the weekend of 16-17 November.

Vivea is on the site of a former sugar factory with part of the original architecture preserved and incorporated into the office spaces. It has established itself as the island's 'smart city' combining modern living with respect for the natural environment through sustainable development policies.

The new office provides a number of technological and practical benefits:

Managing Director of PraxisIFM Management (Mauritius) Limited Jaco Van Jaarsveld said the move gives the team more space and allows for expansion. 'The offices are modern in a great location and in beautiful surroundings.'

Initial feedback from the team is that they are enjoying working in the new office.

The Group has had an office in Mauritius since 2013 and now employs 18 staff. The team provides a wide range of bespoke professional services to African and International clients.
