Update on Nerine Group acquisition

We announced last summer that the Nerine Group would be joining the independent financial services group Praxis and we are pleased to now provide an update on the work that is taking place to bring the businesses together.

It has been a busy period for our Hong Kong office which moved to its new premises at 20/F 88 Gloucester Road in Wanchai in January and rebranded to PraxisIFM Nerine (Hong Kong) Limited on 1 March 2019. Managing Director Melanie Ison has led the project and is now looking forward to being to providing clients and intermediaries with an enhanced range of services via the wider PraxisIFM Group.

There is also significant work taking place in the Guernsey and BVI offices to integrate the operations and further updates will be provided as development progresses and milestones are reached.
