Andrea joined the Group in 2012 to assist with the establishment and development of the Group's pensions business in Malta. He has since been responsible for overseeing Malta's pensions operations and was appointed to the Board as Operations Director in June 2018.
Before joining the Group Andrea spent six years working for one of Malta's leading insurance companies and was involved in setting up their medical insurance department. During this time Andrea obtained an advanced diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and qualified as a Chartered Insurer.
Andrea holds a BSc (Honours) Psychology from the University of Malta.
