Four senior promotions for Praxis across London, Jersey and Guernsey
Praxis has announced a set of senior promotions across its London and Channel Island offices, reinforcing the depth of expertise within its leadership team and underlining the Group’s commitment to developing its people and building long-term careers.
In London, Joshua Gallienne has been promoted to Senior Executive Director, leading the firm’s UK corporate administration and private wealth business. His expanded role reinforces Praxis’ strategic focus on London as a key hub for its international offices and adviser relationships. Joshua joined Praxis in Guernsey in 2012 before relocating to London as part of the firm’s expansion in 2017.
In Jersey, Jake Le Brocq has been appointed Client Services Director in the Corporate & Funds team, where he has played a key role in supporting the growth and development of the Group’s services, including its return to fund administration in April this year. He joined Praxis 10 years ago and has expertise working with commercial and residential real estate clients, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, distressed businesses and litigation funding.
Also in Jersey, James Harrison becomes an Associate Director in the Private Wealth team. James has over 14 years’ experience supporting clients with cross-border multi-asset class structures. In addition to delivering high-touch, personalised services, James also plays a key role in mentoring and developing his team.
In Guernsey, Tom Allison has been promoted to Associate Director, strengthening the Private Wealth leadership team serving families and trustees in the jurisdiction. Tom’s focus is on the provision of financial information for a significant family office client.
James and Tom were recently recognised in the 2025 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list, which highlights professionals demonstrating technical skill and client-focused leadership.
Commenting on the promotions, Rob Fearis, Group CEO, said: “These appointments reflect the calibre of individuals within the business and our commitment to strengthening client service through long-term investment in our people. Congratulations to Jake, James, Josh and Tom and I wish them every success in their new roles.”
The promotions are effective 1 August.
