Adam’s current role as Yacht Compliance Officer involves him monitoring the yachts in the fleet to ensure they are operating with the required certification in place and according to the relevant flag state requirements. Adam also liaises with captains to assist with yacht compliance queries and other issues.
Starting out in business support at Praxis Yacht Services (formerly Sarnia Yachts) in 2014, Adam progressed to a client-facing role in the crew management, employment and payroll part of the business. Since 2022 this has developed to include the yacht compliance aspects of his current role.
Adam holds a Diploma in Superyacht Management from the Maritime Training Agency.
