Thomas joined Praxis in 2021 and manages the private wealth and corporate services team at our London office, also assisting with business development.
History
Educated in Jersey, Thomas obtained an undergraduate degree and master's degree in Ancient History from Cardiff University before returning to the island upon completion of his studies.
Shortly after his return, he joined Kleinwort Benson as a trust administrator and began studying for his professional qualifications before leaving the island again and relocating to the UK in 2014. During his career, Thomas has worked for several corporate service providers with headquarters in multiple jurisdictions, giving him a wide range of experience.
Thomas is STEP qualified, completing his STEP Diploma in International Trust Management in 2019.
Roles and responsibilities
Thomas manages the private wealth and corporate services team at our London office, responsible for managing client relationships and works closely with colleagues in our other jurisdictions where there are structural cross-border elements.
Thomas has strong experience managing the UK aspects of complex structures, focusing on UK real estate and offshore trusts. He also manages Praxis' work as a Verification Agent for the Register of Overseas Entities.
Thomas also assists with business development, mainly Praxis’ corporate services offering.
