Role at Praxis
Lionel is responsible for developing our fiduciary services business in Jersey. He works closely with existing and prospective clients, intermediaries and professional advisers to promote Praxis' fiduciary offering and identify opportunities to support their evolving needs.
He plays an active role in business development, helping to extend the range of services provided to existing clients while developing and maintaining strong relationships with intermediary providers. Lionel also supports research into new fiduciary products and solutions that align with client requirements and Praxis's target markets.
Working closely with the directors, Lionel contributes to the implementation of the company's business strategy in Jersey and across the wider group. He is focused on supporting sustainable growth, improving profitability and ensuring that both client and business risks are managed effectively, while maintaining responsibility for a client portfolio commensurate with his role.
Career history
Lionel has worked in the Jersey financial services industry for 17 years, gaining extensive experience across a diverse range of asset classes, structures and jurisdictions. Throughout his career, he has developed broad expertise in delivering fiduciary services to private and corporate clients.
He is solution-driven and passionate about providing clients with a high-quality service. Lionel places great importance on building strong working relationships and believes that understanding clients' objectives is key to delivering effective and lasting solutions.
Qualifications
Lionel has a STEP International Diploma and an Investment Administration Qualification through CISI.
