Inga has more than 18 years of international experience across compliance, finance and regulatory administration, supporting regulated businesses with a strong focus on accuracy, diligence and operational efficiency.
Role at Praxis
Originally from Latvia, Inga joined Praxis in 2026 as a Compliance and Finance Associate in our UAE office. She supports the Compliance Officer and MLRO across the firm's DIFC and ADGM regulated business, assisting with client due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting.
Career history
Inga has over 18 years of experience across Latvia, Jersey and the UAE, with a background in KYC and client onboarding, record-keeping, and regulatory administration through the DIFC and ADGM portals. She also brings extensive experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations and debt recovery, underpinned by a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and effective internal controls.
Qualifications
Inga has achieved the Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting, as well as the Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and the Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping, reflecting her strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial administration and accounting processes.
