Role at Praxis
Sally is responsible for the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, focusing on delivering a positive and engaging experience for candidates. She leads recruitment initiatives, provides support and oversight across hiring activity, and plays a key role in promoting Praxis as an employer of choice.
She also builds strong partnerships with further education institutions and professional bodies, representing Praxis and showcasing the organisation’s values and career opportunities.
Career History
Sally has four years of in-house recruitment experience gained at a global accountancy firm, recruiting across audit, tax and advisory services from trainee through to senior management. She has also worked within investment services and global custody, giving her a broad understanding of our services.
She is CertRP qualified and has recently presented to ACCA students at ACCA headquarters in London, where she enjoys supporting and educating the next generation on interview success.
