Ellie is a Senior Administrator in the yacht ownership team, where she supports a wide range of clients, working closely with yacht manager and brokers, lawyers, captains and family offices.
Her role includes working alongside advisers and relevant authorities to assist with corporate regulation and governance matters, such as compliance, statutory filings and the maintenance of corporate records.
She also helps to ensure that ownership and management structures meet all regulatory obligations.
Career history
Ellie joined Praxis in 2024 after graduating from university. During her academic holidays, she gained valuable administrative and fiduciary experience working with a local trust company in Guernsey.
