Praxis announces senior leadership updates aligned with growth strategy

Independent professional services firm Praxis has announced a series of leadership updates aligned with the Group’s three-year roadmap and its continued focus on investing in people and platforms to enhance service excellence.

In Guernsey, Lucy Kirby (Group Head of Projects) and Samantha Le Brun have both been promoted to Director. Charlotte Neill has taken on an expanded leadership role as Group Head of People, while UK-based Giles Sedgman has been promoted to Associate Director (Head of Yacht Management).

As Client Services Director, Samantha oversees complex trust and corporate structures within the Group’s private wealth division. With over 22 years’ industry experience, she leads a Guernsey-based team supporting a diverse portfolio of international and FIG regime clients and is known for her analytical approach and client service excellence.

Lucy brings expertise in strategic change and digital leadership. Drawing on her background in education, innovation and entrepreneurship, alongside international experience in digital change management, Lucy plays a key role in delivering Group-wide initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Giles directs operational safety and management for the Group’s Yachts division. He applies 16 years of maritime and yacht operational experience to develop systems that support owners and captains, ensuring compliance and efficiency for client vessels around the world. Giles leads a specialist team across London and Malta.

Charlotte joined Praxis in 2024 and now leads the Group’s People strategy. Her expanded remit reflects the importance of aligning colleague experience and culture with Praxis’ long-term growth plans. She brings strong commercial insight from previous strategic HR roles across multinational teams and is committed to developing values-based initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and support a culture of growth.

These senior appointments reflect the firm’s focus on building capability and leadership depth across its global offices. They also form part of Praxis’ year-round promotion model, launched in July 2025, which enables timely recognition of individual development in line with business and client requirements.

Robert Fearis, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “These appointments recognise the experience and leadership our colleagues bring to the Group, and the important role they play as Praxis continues to evolve. Investing in people and supporting progression across the business helps ensure we can respond to our clients’ changing needs, while offering meaningful and sustainable career development for our teams.”
