Praxis expands its UAE team with two strategic appointments

International professional services firm Praxis has strengthened its Dubai team with the appointment of Raine Corley and Sara Qureshi, as the firm continues to expand its operations across the UAE.

Together, the two new Senior Managers bring more than 20 years of industry experience spanning fund administration, trust, and corporate services. Their appointments support Praxis’ continued growth in the region, where demand for high-quality, on-the-ground fiduciary support continues to rise.

Raine Corley joins Praxis to lead the Group’s expanding fund administration services in the UAE. She brings deep experience in private equity and real estate fund administration, having held senior positions across jurisdictions including Jersey and Luxembourg, overseeing portfolios exceeding €9 billion in assets. Her expertise includes coordinating complex fund closings and continuation vehicles across multiple jurisdictions and managing long-term relationships with institutional investors and family offices.

At Praxis, Raine is responsible for service delivery across a growing portfolio of private equity, real estate, venture capital and corporate clients in both ADGM and DIFC. She will work closely with directors and teams across jurisdictions to support the firm’s strategy as it approaches its tenth year of operations in the Middle East.

Sara Qureshi also joins as a Senior Manager in the Dubai office. She began her career in the Isle of Man and has since held client-facing roles with both boutique and multinational trust and corporate service providers. A qualified professional holding a Diploma in International Trust Management, she brings a proactive approach to managing a diverse portfolio of trust and corporate clients. Her remit includes day-to-day administration, compliance oversight and relationship delivery across a multi-jurisdictional client base.
