Praxis strengthens Isle of Man leadership to support next phase of growth

Independent financial services group Praxis has appointed Chantal Quayle as Senior Executive Director in the Isle of Man, as the firm continues to invest in its international private wealth and corporate offering.

Chantal joined the Group in 2024. Her promotion to lead of the Isle of Man team reflects Praxis’ focus on strengthening its presence in key jurisdictions and building deeper, relationship-led support for globally mobile families and international businesses.

Chantal has more than a decade of experience advising clients across leading financial centres including the Isle of Man, Hong Kong, Guernsey and Singapore. In her new role, she will lead the strategic direction of the Isle of Man business and support the continued growth of Praxis in a jurisdiction that remains a destination of choice for relocators, as well as a recognised centre for private wealth and corporate structuring.

As Senior Executive Director, she will continue to lead the Isle of Man client services team, with a focus on enhancing client experience, deepening intermediary relationships and supporting increasingly complex cross-border structures.

Her appointment comes at a time of growing demand for integrated, multi-jurisdictional solutions, particularly among clients with international families, operating businesses and luxury assets.

Chantal has recently completed the Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction, further enhancing Praxis’ governance and board capabilities.
