PraxisIFM issues call to Graduates

PRAXISIFM is offering students returning from university the chance to gain exposure to the finance industry through its Graduate Training Programme.

The financial services group offers administration services across three key areas private client & corporate funds and pensions and the two-year programme offers the chance to gain an understanding of each division along with the support functions.

Group Head of Human Resources Sharon Coburn said the breadth of the two-year programme would put successful trainees in a strong position. 'By spending time across our whole operation successful trainees will gain broad experience which is not usually available' she said. 'Our trainees will be supported throughout the programme by a mentor and will grow a professional network which will be invaluable in their future career.'

The scheme also includes a secondment to another of PraxisIFM's 13 offices around the world an in-depth training programme and the opportunity to undertake professional study.

'PraxisIFM has grown phenomenally in the last year with the number of staff now at 430 in offices around the world' said Mrs Coburn. 'Our Graduate Training Programme is a fantastic opportunity not only to gain great experience of the finance industry in Guernsey but also to work in another location.'

Applicants should send a full CV along with a statement of 750 words of why they should be selected to recruitment@praxisifm.com by Friday 6 July.
