Our individual roles

Our values were defined through an extensive period of consultation with colleagues across the Group, which explored what makes Praxis unique and what principles are most important to us in our work lives.

The values guide how we reward and incentivise our people, how we recruit new colleagues, how we serve our clients and how we build a Group culture that we can all take pride in.

These guiding principles belong to everyone at Praxis, and we are encouraged to follow them in our day-to-day interactions with each other and with our networks.
