Bob is a highly experienced pensions and fiduciary professional, who brings more than 35 years of financial services expertise to lead Praxis’ Guernsey pensions offering.
Role at Praxis
As Senior Executive Director, Bob is responsible for the Guernsey pensions team. He oversees the delivery of pension services to both local Guernsey individuals and internationally based individuals and companies.
Bob works to ensure the team maintains the right balance between strong governance and regulatory compliance while delivering a high standard of client service. He is focused on increasing the effective use of group-wide resources to enhance efficiency and consistency across the business.
Bob believes that clear communication is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships across the wider group. By strengthening these connections, he aims to ensure the Guernsey pensions business continues to make an increasingly significant contribution to the success of Praxis.
Career history
Bob has worked in the Guernsey finance sector for more than 35 years, primarily within the fiduciary sector, while also gaining experience across the investment and funds industries. He has operated at board level for the past 26 years.
He has been involved in a range of significant initiatives during his career, including supporting the launch of an investment start-up that continues to operate successfully more than 15 years later. Bob has also played a key role in restructuring a trust business following a significant acquisition.
