Charlotte has over 25 years of experience of working in human resources across a variety of industry sectors.

History

Charlotte has previously worked as an HR director for several global businesses, where she was responsible for the end-to-end strategic delivery of the people function across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

Charlotte is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and holds an MSC in Human Resources and Development.

Roles and responsibilities

Charlotte was promoted in July 2025 to Group Head of People Business Partnering, based in our Guernsey office. She has a talent for understanding commercial drivers, creating agile HR strategies, managing change and transformation, and developing values-based culture programmes that deliver results.
