Charlotte has over 25 years of experience of working in human resources across a variety of industry sectors.

Career history

Charlotte has held senior HR leadership roles across several global organisations where she led the end-to-end strategic delivery of the people function across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Her experience spans complex matrix environments, high growth businesses and multinational teams, with a strong focus on values led culture, colleague experience and operational excellence.

Charlotte is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holds an MSc in Human Resources and Development.

Role at Praxis

Charlotte is the Group Head of People Business Partnering and is based in our Guernsey office. She brings strong commercial insight together with a deep understanding of people and culture, enabling her to shape agile strategies, guide meaningful transformation and create trusted partnerships across the Group. Charlotte is committed to developing values-based initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and support our organisation as we succeed together.
