As Group Head of Corporate & Funds, Chris is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and oversight of the global Corporate & Funds division.
Working in collaboration with teams across our network, Chris leads the strategic expansion and growth of our Corporate & Funds offering, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence and robust corporate governance.
Career history
Before joining Praxis, Chris held a senior leadership role at a FTSE 250 global administration services provider, where his responsibilities included the delivery of its strategic growth and the expansion of its UK-listed funds and corporate business.
He specialises in supporting highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional structures and brings deep technical insight across a broad range of asset classes and fund vehicles.
Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute for the UK and Ireland, and a South African qualified lawyer.
