Hayley oversees the Guernsey team providing international trust and contract pensions and annuities for high-net-worth clients.
Role at Praxis
She maintains a portfolio of sophisticated pension structures and is the principal contact for new business.
In her role as Pensions Manager, Hayley provides operational and strategic input to the Praxis PES Board and supports the team with day-to-day administration.
Her additional responsibilities include using her bachelor’s degree in graphic design as marketing lead for the pensions team and contributing to the development of a new member portal. Hayley also represents the Guernsey pension business on the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers (GAPP) marketing committee.
Career History
Hayley joined Praxis in 2021, continuing her 15-year career in pensions and building her knowledge in both international multi-member corporate and personal pensions. Prior to this, she worked in the creative industry in client-facing roles, gaining valuable experience in client relationship management.
