Joshua has 15 years experience in the trust and corporate services industries.
History
Joshua was educated in Guernsey before starting his career in 2009 as an assistant trust administrator at a local trust company, where he obtained the International Diploma in Financial Administration.
He then went on to study for The Chartered Governance Institute Diploma and joined Praxis in 2012 as a trust administrator, looking after a diverse portfolio of complex trust and company structures, primarily focusing on real estate for high-net-worth individuals.
Joshua relocated in 2017 to help set up our UK private client and corporate offering in London and as a senior manager was responsible for a small team.
He completed the MSc Corporate Governance with Graduate CG at London South Bank University in 2020 and, in early 2021, was admitted as an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute.
Roles and responsibilities
In early 2022 he was promoted to Associate Director and joined the Board of UK Corporate Services, and was then appointed as Interim Managing Director in May before returning to his role as Director in January 2023.
In this position, Joshua oversees the client relationships as well as operational aspects within our London office.
