Lloyd is a yacht accountant with extensive experience across superyacht accounting and management.
History
Lloyd previously worked with yacht management companies both as an Assistant Management Accountant as well as a Yacht Accounts Manager, where he was the first hire in a London finance department which grew to a team of six over three years.
He has experience in managing cashflow and budgets for superyacht refits, working on a €24m refit for a 72m superyacht.
Lloyd studied Engineering at Exeter University, and completed a self-study Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification.
Roles and responsibilities
Lloyd is the Yacht Accountant for Praxis' yacht services team. Responsible for overseeing all accounting procedures for our managed fleet, he has a specific focus on systems and procedure improvement.
About Me
"I regularly play squash for the RAC in the Surrey league, and am a keen runner and cyclist. In 2024 I completed the Thames Path 100k Ultra, and in 2018 I cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice."
