Career History
After completing a degree in Educational Psychology, Natasha joined a well known marine recruitment agency in the Baltic region. She stayed with the organisation for three years, progressing to the role of Crew Manager, before relocating to Guernsey in 2007.
Once in Guernsey, Natasha continued to work in the marine sector with a crew services provider, where she spent six years as a payroll administrator for commercial vessels, later becoming Team Leader of the firm's new Yachts Department.
In early 2014, Natasha joined Sarnia Yachts, where she was dedicated to a single client with multiple large vessels, delivering full crew management services. Following a five-year break from the industry, she returned to Praxis Yacht Services (formerly Sarnia Yachts) at the beginning of 2026.
