Career history
Nichola has worked in the financial services industry since 2000, with experience advising clients across a wide range of legal, corporate, trust and regulatory matters. Her previous roles have included senior leadership positions within fiduciary and corporate services, where she was responsible for strategic client advisory and the oversight of regulatory obligations.
She is a qualified lawyer in both the British Virgin Islands and Jamaica, a Notary Public, a Commissioner of Oaths, and a full member of STEP.
Role at Praxis
As Director of Investment Business and Regulatory Affairs, Nichola leads a dedicated team with a focus on ensuring that Praxis and our clients meet all local regulatory requirements.
She is also responsible for supporting the development of Praxis' private wealth and corporate services offering in the jurisdiction.
