With over 16 years’ experience in fund administration, corporate services and private wealth, Raine has built her career managing complex alternative investment structures across multiple jurisdictions, including Jersey, Luxembourg and Australia.
Career History
Before joining Praxis, Raine held senior roles in fund administration and client relationship management, overseeing large-scale private equity and real estate fund structures for institutional investors and family offices. She managed portfolios exceeding €9bn in assets and played a lead role in coordinating major fund closings and continuation vehicles across multiple jurisdictions.
She also led corporate services operations in Sydney for HNW and UHNW clients. Her work included aligning onboarding processes with global AML/CTF standards and contributing to ISAE 3402 audits, business improvement projects and system rollouts - highlighting her strength in governance, delivery and change management.
