With 20 years' experience, Wayne joined Praxis in August 2025.
History
Wayne began his career in 2006 with the Guernsey office of a leading South African financial services group. Over the following decade, he progressed to lead two teams: one serving South African clients, the other managing a diverse portfolio of families and individuals across the UK, Kenya and parts of Europe.
He went on to hold a senior role with the Guernsey branch of a multi-jurisdictional trust and pension provider, before spending seven years with a boutique independent trust company. There, he led the team responsible for managing the firm’s largest and most complex client relationship.
Wayne is a full member of STEP and a Chartered Member of the CISI, having completed the CISI Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice.
Roles and responsibilities
At Praxis, Wayne acts as Relationship Principal for a portfolio of high-value, complex private clients. He works closely with his team to manage the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies holding a wide range of international assets, ensuring that client structures are managed efficiently and in line with long-term objectives.
About Me
"Outside of work I'm busy with my three children but when there is spare time I enjoy exercise and reading. I spent five years as a police officer before changing career and moving into the finance sector."
