Praxis private wealth talent recognised among industry's next generation of leaders

Two private wealth practitioners from independent professional services group Praxis have been named in the 2026 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list, recognising the emerging talent shaping the future of the private client industry across the UK and Crown Dependencies. 

Caitlin Burgoine, a Supervisor in Guernsey, joined Praxis three years ago in her first professional services role and has progressed through successive promotions. She works with clients whose wealth structures include UK real estate investments and discretionary trusts, developing specialist knowledge of the administration and governance requirements associated with these arrangements.

Jemina Coutts, a Senior Trust Administrator in the Isle of Man, joined Praxis in 2021 as an onboarding administrator before progressing into a client-facing role. She supports private wealth structures spanning a range of investment and asset-holding activities, contributing to the ongoing administration of arrangements established to meet clients' long-term objectives.
