Praxis strengthens leadership team with promotions across private wealth and Group support
Praxis has announced a series of promotions across its private wealth, yacht ownership and support teams, reflecting the continued investment it is making in its people as the Group builds for the future.
The promotions recognise colleagues whose expertise, leadership and commitment are helping to strengthen client service, enhance operational excellence and support the Group's long-term growth ambitions.
In Guernsey, George Pirouet has been promoted to Client Services Director, where he leads a team dedicated to servicing a key family office relationship. George joined Praxis in 2013 following an early career with one of the Big Four accounting firms and has played an important role in the development of the Group's private wealth offering.
Also in Guernsey, Lucy Janes has been promoted to Associate Director. Since joining the Group in 2014, Lucy has overseen the administration of trust services for a diverse portfolio of international private and corporate clients.
In Jersey, Jackie Mallett has been promoted to Senior Manager, Client Accounting, recognising her significant contribution to the specialist accounting support that underpins Praxis' private wealth services.
Jamie Rose has been promoted to Director, Operations and Business Support, Channel Islands. In his new pan-island role, Jamie leads the teams responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the business across Jersey and Guernsey, helping to deliver a consistent experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Based in Guernsey, Thalia El Chammah has been promoted to Associate Director, Operations and Risk, taking on a pan-island role spanning both Guernsey and Jersey. A member of the Risk Committees in both jurisdictions, she leads the firm's policies and procedures framework, ensuring it remains aligned, compliant and effective.
In London, Ben Holmes has been promoted to Senior Yacht Safety and Security Manager, bringing extensive expertise in maritime safety, compliance and security operations to Praxis' superyacht business.
Within the Guernsey yacht services division, Ellie de Jersey has been promoted to Senior Yacht Ownership Administrator, further strengthening the team that supports clients with specialist yacht ownership and administration services.
