DIFC office launch

Praxis strengthens UAE presence with new DIFC office and corporate services licence

Praxis has opened a new office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and secured a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) licence, extending its presence in Dubai into one of the leading global financial centres in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region.

The licence enables Praxis to support clients using DIFC companies, SPVs and foundations - from incorporation and registered office services to governance, company secretarial services and ongoing administration. It strengthens Praxis’ regional offering and positions the Group to support international families, private clients and corporate structures as demand for regulated DIFC services continues to grow.

The new DIFC presence builds on Praxis’ established footprint, with the Group marking its tenth anniversary in the UAE this year, and expands its fund administration capability in the region. The licence gives Praxis a broader base from which to support private clients and advisers across trust, fund and corporate structures.

Asel Omorova, Head of Trust & Corporate - UAE, said: “DIFC offers a well-established legal and regulatory environment for families, investors and businesses seeking a regulated base from which to structure regional and cross-border activities. For families and family offices, DIFC Foundations can play a valuable role in succession, continuity and asset protection planning, while companies and SPVs provide practical structuring options for private capital and corporate transactions.

"Our CSP licence means we can now support these structures directly in Dubai, combining local administration with the governance experience clients expect from Praxis.”

Robert Fearis, Chief Executive Officer, said: “DIFC continues to attract international families, private capital and corporate structures, with family business-related entities increasing by 36% in the first half of 2026 and active registered companies surpassing 10,000 for the first time. Establishing a licensed presence here gives the team a stronger base from which to support clients in Dubai, alongside our established services in the Middle East and across the globe.”
