As Pension Manager at Praxis, Joseph is responsible for overseeing the full administration and long-term management of pension schemes, ensuring they operate in line with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and the highest levels of governance. His core focus is safeguarding the pension fund's financial sustainability so it can meet its long-term obligations to members.
Joseph leads a team of pension administrators and supervisors, guiding day to day operational delivery while also contributing to strategic planning within the Malta office. He ensures that processes remain efficient, compliant, and member focused. Joseph works closely with regulators, trustees, and internal stakeholders to maintain robust reporting, optimise workflows, and continuously enhance the service offering.

Throughout his career, Joseph has held diverse positions across multiple industries, giving him a broad and adaptable skill set. These roles have allowed him to build substantial expertise in pensions, operations, and process management.
He has played a key part in streamlining internal procedures, implementing efficiency improvements, and resolving operational challenges to minimise downtime. Joseph’s ability to analyse processes and introduce measurable improvements has strengthened the performance of the teams and organisations he has supported.
Joseph is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), an achievement that demonstrates his advanced technical knowledge and commitment to professional development within the financial and insurance sectors.
