Nick joined Praxis in early 2023, as an Associate Director in our Guernsey office.
Career history
Prior to joining Praxis, Nick worked in several different Guernsey-based trust roles, bringing with him more than 20 years' private client and corporate services experience.
Role at Praxis
Working with global clients and their advisers across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, Nick provides oversight of client servicing and management on a range of trusts and corporate structures for high and ultra-high net worth families.
Nick is particularly interested in governance with a focus on operational and regulatory requirements and has experience as a registered director, sitting on boards of more complex large companies that require additional attention and presence.
A member of the ESG team in Guernsey, Nick's interests extend to the ever-pressing environmental, sustainable and social concerns, and how good governance and purpose underpins this important focus.
