Nina joined Praxis in January 2025 following the acquisition of Sandshore Services Limited.
Career history
Nina is the founder and Managing Partner of Sandshore, a successful, high-level boutique corporate services provider serving high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs in the UAE.
She has a deep knowledge of the corporate services industry and business, including its strategy and direction, gained from over 20 years working across several countries including Switzerland, Luxembourg and the UAE, where she has 10+ years of experience.
Prior to establishing Sandshore, Nina worked for a range of multinationals including an accountancy firm, a private corporate services group and a private family office.
Role at Praxis
Nina is responsible for leading Sandshore's integration into Praxis. Ensuring a full and successful transition for both the team and clients, she is also responsible for regional, regulatory and legal entity administration, and continues to develop the business with her strong network across the UAE and Europe.
Nina is fluent in several languages, and currently sits on the boards of multiple client companies.
