Once logged into the Yacht Portal, there is an option for “Recruitment” below the menu on the left-hand-side. Complete the short form with your requirements and we will take care of the rest.

When assembling a crew, consider factors such as experience, skillset, certifications/licenses, availability, and compatibility with the team dynamic. Assessing these elements will help ensure a well-rounded and capable team.

Experience is crucial, especially in roles requiring specific skills such as sailing, navigation, maintenance, emergency procedures, security and guest/owner interaction. While certain skills will be critical, balancing abilities throughout the departments is equally important.

All crew must hold a valid medical certificate and the five basic STCWs (inclusive of security training). Additional certification may be required depending on flag state requirements and insurance. We can help ensure your crew hold the required safety and legal compliance certifications.

The compatibility of crew members can have a major impact on the overall dynamics and success of a voyage.
