Andrea is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in developing systems, building high-performing teams, and refining processes, alongside a strong track record in client relationship management.
History
Andrea joined Praxis in 2012 to assist with the establishment and development of the Group's pensions business in Malta. He was appointed to the Board in June 2018 and was responsible for overseeing Malta's pensions operations for over 12 years. Andrea has more recently been focussed on the company’s systems development as Praxis seeks to continue its digital transformation, constantly exploring innovative ways to enhance its services, streamline operations, and deliver greater value to clients through cutting-edge technology.
Before joining Praxis, Andrea spent six years working for one of Malta's leading insurance companies and was involved in setting up its medical insurance department. During this time, he obtained an advanced diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and qualified as a Chartered Insurer.
Andrea also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Malta and is a registered Prince2 Practitioner.
