Mark leads the Group's In House Legal team which provides a dedicated legal support service to our trust administration teams and Group entities.
He joined the Nerine Group in May 2010 and was subsequently appointed to the Guernsey board and group board.
Qualified as both a barrister and solicitor, Mark is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has worked in the Channel Islands, Asia and London. In 2018, Mark became part of the Praxis team following the acquisition of Nerine.
Throughout his career, Mark has looked after the interests of international high net worth individuals and their families, and he continues to do so in his role as In House Legal Counsel.
Mark was appointed Interim Managing Director in Guernsey in February 2024.
