Grace joined the Group in early 2023 bringing over 25 years’ experience in human resources leadership.
She is responsible for the strategy, implementation and governance of Praxis’ People function and for driving talent management to provide robust succession planning.
Grace has experience in a range of industry sectors and was most recently executive head of HR at a private bank. She is a specialist in understanding how organisational performance is impacted through its leadership and her focus in on delivering the business’ overall strategy. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and implemented complex human resources and learning and development programmes.
A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), Grace also holds an MSc in Strategic HR and Development.
