Role overview

Praxis is seeking a dynamic and strategically focused Director to join our accomplished Leadership Team in Jersey. As a key member of the main regulated Board, you will be instrumental in steering the governance, management, and success of our business, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and aligning with our Group's strategic vision.

In this influential role, you will lead a Private Wealth administration team, acting as a driving force in elevating our company's profile, reputation, and market standing. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing client relationships, managing a dedicated team, and playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Jersey organic business development strategy.
